2.1 By booking onto any of the products or services that are being provided by Practical Skill Training Ltd, you agree to our Media Release Policy. This grants Practical Skill Training Ltd permission to record and distribute any images or video which you may be included in, which may also include your name.

3. Media release platforms

3.1 By agreeing to the Media Release Policy you give full permission to Practical Skill Training Ltd to take my photos and/or video regarding your experiences with them.

3.2 You allow Practical Skill Training Ltd to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos for advertising and marketing

3.3 You grant Practical Skill Training Ltd permission to use any of this media on the following platforms:

  • Websites

  • Blogs

  • Social Media Platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc…)

  • Printed Media (eg. Flyers, Books, Banners etc…)

4. Intellectual property rights

4.1 The photos belong to Practical Skill Training Ltd exclusively.

4.2 You will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of any media which you are in

5. Opt-Out Form

5.1 You may withdraw your consent at any time, withdrawl of consent will apply for any future courses you may be on.

5.2 Withdrawal of consent will only apply to future publications and will not apply to any material already published.
